Ross Vignale
Founder
A Canadian entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building businesses from start-up to multi-million dollar companies. He brings with him a broad range of experience from working in the high-stress industry of aviation as an Air Traffic Controller in Toronto to having an on-air radio show for 7 years. One of his first companies is attributed to breaking Canadian artists Drake and Nelly Furtado and is still in business today. Throughout all this time he has been investing independently in real estate and helping others achieve their financial goals.
Ross is an active real estate investor with more than 15 years of experience currently owning and managing a total of 24 units. Based in the GTA he's been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions and facilitated transfers totaling more than $80,000,000 in assets. Ross has experience with both commercial and residential construction projects including 7 custom residential homes. He has consulted with and counseled multiple investors to realize their financial goals through real estate investment and is now expanding his business goals to include commercial multifamily investments.

Andrei is a sales representative at RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc., Brokerage. He excels at finding properties that offer high yield returns, off-market deals and is considered to be an expert negotiator. He also hosts a youtube channel offering insights into many of these types of properties.
Tanya has been in the property management field for over 10 years whose duties include finding/evicting and generally dealing with tenants and coordinating with owner's wishes. Arrangements include collecting rents, paying necessary expenses and taxes, making periodic reports to the owners, and delegating specific tasks to various subcontractors for any repair or maintenance.

The founder of AUDAXLAW, Arturo practices law with a passionate and genuine entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a value for practicality and solid business savvy. Having been a lawyer-entrepreneur for close to twenty years, he provides his clients with advice that is effective, strategic and efficient in nature. Arturo has a broad practice which includes various aspects of business, franchise and real estate law. He regularly assists both Canadian and international clients in a variety of sectors and industries.
