Working with the right property management company is one of the most overlooked and crucial parts of the process.
We find, vet and place the right property management companies. It's here that we find the right tenants and address the majority of operating inefficiencies.
6. Stabalization
After all the hard work to renovate, market and rent the property, there is generally a short period where the kinks need to be worked out. We take this time to develop the systems and ensure that the property is running profitably for the long term.
